Structure & Craftsmanship
01. Laser Tube Cutting
Specialized tubing is precisely cut into columns of various sizes using a fully automatic laser tube cutting machine.
02. Automatic Grooving
The cut tubes are fed into an automatic grooving machine, which precisely cuts internal grooves for assembly.
03. Automatic Welding
Components are precision-welded into a single unit using an automatic robotic welding station.
04. Polishing and Grinding
Manual fine polishing and grinding remove surface burrs to ensure a smooth product finish.
05. Coating Process
After degreasing, rust removal, acid washing, and phosphating, the tubes undergo fully automated electrostatic powder coating to achieve a uniform and aesthetically pleasing finish.
06. Assembly
The coated tubes are assembled on an assembly line into lifting columns of various specifications.
